| Although the claim is submitted and results in a refund, it will NOT, in most cases, result in a refund to YOUR account but instead to your subsidiaries account. Why? Because it is an extra administrative burden for the subsidiary to transfer any refund and splitting the invoices as to whether they belong to you or your subsidiary is difficult. |
